On 18 February 2024, thirteen of our youngsters received a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the sacrament of Confirmation. For the last two years they’ve been preparing for this auspicious day.
It was also the first time Bishop John visited our parish. We gave him a warm welcome.
Bishops homily had a special message for your confirmandi, on staying connected the Holy Spirit. After mass Bishop inaugurated our parish website.
We also prepared a short video of our confirmandi sharing their experiences at their retreat.
Fr. Roque briefly shared the reason why we gave the confirmation children a copy each of the YOUCAT book.
After mass Bishop met the parishioners, interacted with the children and also spent time with the confirmation children and the Sunday school teachers.
